OMG an update!

I think I've started this thing, where I only update my journal like twice a year.
ANYWAYS, Good news everyone! Things are looking good for me! I finally moved out of my parents house, thanks to my best friend in the whole wide world, (who I really wouldn't be anywhere without...) and I'm in bartending school. I have a new computer of my own again finally, and my job is going well. I'm not making as much money as I'd like yet, but as soon as I'm done with school, which will be soon, I should have a damn good paying job soon too. Then I can pay my friend back for everything, plus focus on getting a new car, and then focus on cosmetology school, which is what I really want to do.
On the other hand, I have dedicated 2011 as the year of the "nexts." I've lost count of how many times I've said "There's always next year," this year... Labyrinth ball, working Haunt, finding a new job at faire, going all out on halloween, and so on. Next year better be DAMN awesome because of everything I've both put off and given up this year... so SUCK IT 2011!!! It's FINALLY almost over! But I'm sure I'll put the ups and downs of 2011 in a later, December post.

So I won't. Yet.
I know I haven't updated in eons but I just haven't been up to it. There's probably a total of 5 people who read this anyway lol.
Well for you 5 dedicated few, life is going.
Still can't stand my mom, still have no computer of my own, and still live at home. However, I now have a job, even though it's not as consistent as I might like, which is security and event staff at things like concerts or (in the cast of Feb 12) monster truck shows. It's not too bad, when I'm posted by the right spot.
I just got a gym membership so I'm gonna get into shape FINALLY
I got a bunch of new stuff for Christmas including a new tv w/ dvd player and a new car stereo with an aux port (ALSO FINALLY!!)
I'm doing a bit more modeling, as you may have noticed. I'm hoping I'm starting to get the hang of it lol.
I can't apply for the cosmetology school until March and it's for the summer classes so I'm taking the semester off.
And that's about it methinks.

I'm not dead yet!

You know, for a while I actually forgot all about DA. Been so caught up in life that the internet has been skipping time in my brain. For now I'll just upload a makeup style or two that I've done. My laptop is still completely dead. It was living again there for a while, but now it's as dead as dead gets. And so most of my deviations are lost for the time being.
I FINALLY (might) have a job!! And the best part about it is a, I already know and like my boss, b, I will finally get to move away from my mother, and c, I'll be living on my own with my boyfriend! It's still not a done deal, but my potential boss doesn't like a couple people that were hired and would much rather have me and my boy instead. The job is in Northern Cali and might only be for the summer, but if it is then I'm probably heading to Florida to live and work for my cousin. I've got a plan, and no matter what, it involves being far far away from the witch that squeezed me from her you know where.

OMGaaahd it's an update!!

Yes. I'm back once more, 4 months after my last journal. I don't even think anyone's following me anymore 
Either way there's good news. All my electronic problems are pretty much solved. I got my ipod back (though the dirty bastard replaced all the music that was on there with his own shit (KYLE I might require your music library... cuz I enjoyed it and now it's gone)). My zune stopped pmsing, my mom found my camera charger, and my laptop is semi-working (meaning I can only turn it on using the miniscule remote that came with it >_>). I also got a video camera for Christmas! Which I've been asking for for the past 4 years now.
Still no job, still living at home. At a new school thought. It's closer to home. Yay! I was pretty successful last semester, seeing that I got an A in my english class, and that hasn't happened since somewhere along the lines of 6 or so years? Probably longer.
Anyways, I might be doing an update on art here soon if I can find my tablet or take some pictures. We shall see. It's good to be back

Laptop faaail

So, in the last, oh, 3 months or so, I've been slowly losing my electronics.
-First, my ipod (which was a gift to me I still held very dear) was stolen from someone who USED to be my friend. It's taken about 7 months to determine that I will probably never see it again because the little bastard probably stole it.
-Second, my camera battery charger has seemed to have grown legs and completely disappeared. I havn't seen it for months now so I might as well not have a camera.
-Third, my phone is over 2 years old. I was finally due for an upgrade in August but my father told me he heard of 6 new cheap phones coming out so I decided to wait. My mom goes on vacation, comes back with a new phone, and asks me if I wanted it. No of course I didn't. Then she proceeds to tell me that she lost her phone so she bought a new one--using MY upgrade. So now the bitch has a brand new fucking phone and I'm still stuck with the one that's falling apart and losing more and more memory by the day.
-Fourth, because of course the list goes on, my zune has taken a turn for the worst. I'll charge the little bastard, listen to it for a while, turn in back on and hey-o it's dead and needing to be recharged.
-Fifth, and hopefully finally, my laptop passed away. That's right, it's completely dead. It will no longer start. Battery or no battery, plugged in or not plugged in, it's completely dead. I fucking hate my laptop... It also means that all my art and anything I was working on is now lost in the abyss. I don't know when I can start working on them either.
You know what sucks about it all? Christmas is around the corner so I should be excited yes? No. All these electronics would cost a small fortune to replace, which my family REALLY doesn't have right now. Can't find any jobs either. Otherwise I would start saving up for all the things I need. Such as a new car, new electronics, and an actual costume I can call my own for the Renaissance Faire, among other things.
The awesome thing in my life right now? I'm finally done with this past semester. I have one more zoology final on Tuesday but then no more school until next semester.
So that's my update. Hope your life is going better atm. Happy Hollidays peeps.
